 This manual is written with the understanding of the pressure a worship leader faces balancing worship and music styles, personal preferences and taste, different cultural expectations, personnel shortage, and last-minute requests. It is written with a pastor’s heart hoping to turn the worship leaders’ eyes back upon God and encouraging them to prepare well but rely on God for the victory that only He can grant.
